Volume 2 - Contains testimony from former Humboldt County DA Maggie Fleming and Eric Zoellner
Volume 3 - Includes some housekeeping issues and discussion of a previously undisclosed email that DA Maggie Fleming discussed in her testimony
Volume 4 - Primarily includes the testimony of APD Lieutenant Todd Dockweiler
Volume 5 - - Includes testimony Detective Todd Dockweiler, Former Deputy DA Andrew Isaac, Former APD Detective Eric Losey and Kyle Zoellner. Deputy DA Andrew Isaac testifies that he recommended that they not file the charges against Zoellner in 2017. (page 639) He goes on to give very revealing testimony about the DA's decision making in 2017. He testifies "I will never forget, Your Honor, the look on Mr. Ree's face when he came out, down to my end of the hallway, and stated that Mr. Martinez's audio statement was contrary to what we'd been told" (page 644-645)
Volume 6 - (New 1/8) Contains further testimony from Kyle Zoellner and testimony from former APD officer and current HCSO Deputy Devin Nilsen. Also includes closing statements from both sides.
